What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities of pediatric patients. Identify individual strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement through standardized tests, clinical observations, and parent/caregiver input. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on therapeutic goals and functional outcomes. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment planning. Provide explicit and concise progress updates, recommendations, and goals during team meetings and parent conferences. What You Bring
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy In good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Great to Have
