About the Role

LG Home Comfort is seeking motivated, personable Home Comfort Advisors to join our growing team across Ontario. In this role, you'll guide homeowners through the sales cycle — from initial consultation to quote to close — recommending the right comfort solutions for their home while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

Guide homeowners through the full sales cycle, from consultation to quote to close Recommend appropriate comfort solutions, including furnaces, A/Cs, water heaters, and purification systems Stay current on promotions, rebates, and product offerings Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat/referral business Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer availability,



including evenings and weekends Qualifications

Sales experience required (HVAC knowledge is an asset, but not required) Valid G-Class driver's license and reliable vehicle Solid communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong initiative and organizational skills Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits
