Senior GC Hotel Renovation Construction Project ManagerNext Step Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep, hands‑on experience in Canadian hotel renovations.About the RoleWe’re supporting TRIP Contracting—a specialized General Contractor focused exclusively on national hotel renovation programs—on the search for a Senior Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading both pre‑construction and field execution from end to end.This is a fast‑paced, operationally complex role that requires someone who can hit the ground running in active hotels and lead both pre‑construction and field execution from start to finish.What You’ll LeadOversee 3 concurrent hotel renovation projects (guestrooms, corridors, lobbies, amenities, BOH areas)Manage full pre‑construction and estimating, including scope breakdowns, trade packages, takeoffs, budgets, and buyoutBuild and maintain detailed phasing and sequencing plans aligned with room blocks, shutdown windows, quiet hours, and brand expectationsLead kickoff, milestone reviews, and turnovers — including bi‑weekly national travel to active sitesWork closely with site supers, trades, designers, and hotel GMs/engineering teamsDrive tight schedules, rapid turnovers, and consistent delivery across a high‑volume annual programEnsure brand‑package compliance, quality execution, and operational coordination in guest‑occupied environmentsWho Thrives HereThis environment is ideal for someone who is:Hands‑on,
