Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience, including hands-on welding practices.

• Follow the WOW Operating Way to complete repairs • Disassemble and reassemble vehicle body structures • Conduct repairs on interior and exterior vehicle components • Use frame tools for assessing and enhancing vehicle structures • Seek continuous learning to improve skills and performance

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 3 years working as an Auto Body Technician • Relevant welding experience is essential • Valid driver’s license and own toolbox required • Red Seal or equivalent certification preferred
