and decisive under pressure.Clear, direct communicator with all levels of the organization.Results‑driven with a high level of accountability and ownership.Responsibilities Include:The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance, execution, and day‑to‑day leadership of the business. This role operates in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven rail environment where timelines are tight, coordination is complex, and decisions must be made quickly and decisively.Oversee operations, projects, people, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of rail and industrial projects in alignment with company strategy.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans.Monitor operational performance and take corrective action as needed.Lead and manage department heads, supervisors, and key operational roles.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, discipline, and teamwork.Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.Address performance issues promptly and constructively.Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.Track KPIs related to productivity, margins,
