Contribute significantly to health services as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Department of Health and Wellness in Halifax. This term position focuses on policy development and project management.

As a key member of the Health Services Navigation and Virtual Care team, you will lead projects from strategic planning to implementation. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline and at least six years of progressive experience in policy analysis or a similar field. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and provide insights to transform health care delivery in Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead research and policy functions within the division • Develop and evaluate comprehensive policy options • Prepare documents for the legislative process • Facilitate consultations on policy issues • Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior staff

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field • Minimum 6 years of related experience • Robust skills in project management and policy analysis • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Ability to manage complex research assignments
