Financial Services Representative – InboundAgilus is recruiting for a Financial Services Representative in the Banking Sector in Toronto, Ontario. As an Inbound Financial Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling with questions or requests related to their banking needs. You deepen relationships by understanding the client’s needs, quickly resolving issues or problems, and proactively identifying opportunities to match clients with the right products and solutions that enable their financial success. Products and solutions include bank accounts, credit card products, secured investments, overdraft protection, bill payments, secured and unsecured credit products, and more.Compensation & ScheduleEarnings: $50,000 annually plus a 7% performance bonus.Work flexibility: Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to midnight, with flexible schedule as required.Preferred LocationsToronto, Halifax, and Regina.Typical Day & ResponsibilitiesFocus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to offer an exceptional client experience. Engage in client‑focused interactions that are meaningful and deliver trusted advice. Provide support for clients by helping them manage their accounts and products. Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes.



Act like an owner by understanding the client’s needs and recommending solutions based on those needs. Remain solution‑focused to identify opportunities to help clients. Understand that the client’s time is valuable and effectively complete their requests.Strong knowledge of systems and products for quick resolution of problems.Proactively suggest banking options to help clients achieve financial goals.Understand and leverage internal departments to assist clients on additional needs.Easily navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors.Qualifications & RequirementsRemote position but must attend primary location within two hours upon request (e.G., technology/service outages, business contingency planning, team meetings, celebrations, events).Ability to work independently as an Agent@Home with a secure workspace, in a room or office with a door that blocks noise and distractions.Wired Internet connection capable of continuous excellent call quality with minimum download speed of 15Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps.2 to 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.EEO StatementAgilus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
