In this position, you will partner with leaders within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create effective hiring strategies and enhance candidate experiences. You will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with Clio’s mission and values. Your creativity in attracting both active and passive candidates will be crucial for fulfilling ambitious hiring targets.
