This role encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by supporting employees and management with HR needs. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR matters. Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. Administer employee benefits programs and resolve related inquiries. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.



Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Solid understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
