This position requires experienced individuals with a solid background in asphalt paving and crew leadership. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols throughout the construction season and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead crew activities to meet daily production goals
• Skillfully operate the screed for precision in paving




• Ensure proper roller operation for quality compaction
• Address hand work needs for surface finishing
• Enforce safety guidelines as per COR certification
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant paving experience in a lead role
• Recognized screed and roller operation skills
• Class 5 driver’s license or higher required
