Salary $47,000 to 58,000 per year salary (Based on relevant experience and qualifications)

Schedule Summer Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Winter Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm (1 every 2-3 weeks)

Job Incentives home every night, flexible for appointments, weekends off during summer and employee pricing.

Job Description We are seeking a energetic team player who can assist in coordinating the daily operations of our dealership and maintaining a strong relationship with our customer base. As an Operations Coordinator, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible to ensure daily tasks and parts programs are communicated and met in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible in small unit sales such as power equipment, portable outboards and handheld products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate PDI tasks upon sales and new inventory arrival

Responding to customer emails, phone calls, text messages and through social media





Assisting customers with floor sales and inquiries

Looking up parts in the electronic parts catalogue (microfiche)

Assisting with receiving, shipping, and returns to vendor

Processing sales transactions of parts, accessories, and small unit sales

Assisting with showroom displays and season turnover products

Marketing through social media posts, website inventory uploads and promotions

Qualifications

Must be knowledgeable with recreational and marine products that we carry

Mechanically inclined, general parts knowledge is an asset

Computer skills, and organization skills is a MUST

Ability to work in a team environment, ability to lead and train employees is a MUST

Excellent customer service skills is a MUST

Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
