This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing and developing scalable applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within a large banking environment.Work ScheduleMonday – FridayCore business hours37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)Overtime: Not likelyNo rotationKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Product Owner (PO), QE Lead, and BSA to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.Plan and document comprehensive technical specifications for features and system design.Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements.Write testable, scalable, and productive code.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.Enforce software quality standards through code standards, testing,
