ThisERP Systems Analystrole is a direct hire opportunity within a small, collaborative IT team that supports a wide range of Infor systems. You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company’s ERP environment—driving both system stability and process improvement.Key Responsibilities of an ERP Systems AnalystAdminister and support modules within the ERP systemProvide front-line end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure uptime across business unitsAnalyze existing workflows and implement process improvements within the ERP platformCollaborate cross-functionally to design and implement system enhancements and reporting toolsAssist with business documentation—defining workflows, process standards, and system configurationsSupport both functional and technical areas of the ERP, with flexibility to take on development work as neededERP Systems Analyst Requirements2+ years of experience with any ERP system (support, administration,
or development)Foundational SQL knowledgeAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in a small team with shared responsibilities and direct business impactSalary ExpectationsThe base salary for this role isup to $85k, depending on experience.
