Work Location Type: OnsiteCompensation: The base salary for this role ranges between $73,520 - $101,090, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. The pay range above is not a guarantee of compensation but reflects the potential total compensation for this role at the time of this posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. open honest interaction, full participation in team meetings and activities with a winning attitudeLead the team in developing a continuous improvement mindset and process, while recognizing opportunities for change and implementing successfullyEnsure team members have the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties and that the tools are routinely inspected and cared forResponsible for full inventory security during their shiftMaintain knowledge of WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, WSIB, and all related governing legislationEnsure compliance of workforce with provincial regulations, codes and approved AGI operating practicesEducation/Experience (You Have):3-5 years previous supervisory experience, preferably within a warehousing environment, with a focus on servicing internal branch facilities and external customersProven track record of positive coaching, team building, training, and development of direct reports, coupled with a ‘hands‑on” leadership styleDemonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship building, while having a sense of urgency, and being enthusiastic, assertive, and highly organizedProven ability to influence, motivate, and communicate effectively with team membersCapable of recognizing opportunities for change,
