Fleet Canada Inc. is actively seeking a Liaison Engineering Specialist to support our aerospace manufacturing operations in Fort Erie. Utilize your engineering expertise in a dynamic, full-time setting focused on compliance and continuous improvement.
In this important role, you will manage non-conforming products, engage with MRB activities, and provide essential technical direction to the production and inspection teams. Your keen insight into aerospace materials and processes will play a vital role in supporting operational goals while ensuring regulatory conformance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and disposition non-conforming products based on DMRs • Engage in MRB discussions to present evaluations • Prepare DMRs for customer submissions when necessary • Offer technical guidance regarding engineering requirements • Identify training needs for compliance and certification
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant diploma in Engineering • Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes • Experience in non-conformance and MRB activities • Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
