Humber River Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at the Finch Reactivation Care Centre. This part-time position supports general medicine, ALC and seniors’ care, with rotating 8- and 12-hour shifts across days, nights, evenings and weekends. You will work within an interprofessional team, document in Meditech 6.0, mentor current hires, and participate in unit projects. Candidates must have a two-year RPN diploma, active Ontario registration and BCLS.
