Job Description

- Schedule events, programs and activities
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice andrecommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment andsupplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units ordepartments
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare tax returns





Requirements

- Must have a college, CEGEP, orother non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- Must have 5 years or more ofexperience in accounting.
- Must be able to communicate inEnglish and fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
- Must be willing to work at thephysical location.
- Must be able to supervise 1 to 2people.
- Must have experience and knowledge in Quickbooks.
- Must be willing to undergo acriminal record check.
- Must be ableto work in a rapid-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines,maintain attention to detail, and manage a large caseload.
- Must be accurate,client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, a team player, and haveexcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and goodjudgment.
