Vancouver Talmud Torah is hiring a Temporary Full-Time Controller to fill a leave of absence. Reporting to the CFO, your role will encompass oversight of financial processes, including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting, contributing to a collaborative team workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial management and analysis tasks
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivables
• Assist in financial reporting and forecasting
• Work closely with senior management on strategies
• Promote a supportive, communicative team atmosphere
Requirements:
• CPA certification required
• 3-5 years in accounting and financial management
• Familiarity with Quickbooks & Ceridian Dayforce
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Minimum 2 years HR experience preferred
