Reimagined Parking is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you have 1+ year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work adaptable schedules, including weekends. This role reports to the Customer and Field Services Supervisor and requires a background check.
