- Maintain and operate equipment for screw pile installation
- Comply with Company and Client safety rules and OH&S; standards
- Demonstrate secure operating procedures
- Participate in daily equipment maintenance and cleaning, including greasing, hydraulic inspections, and shoveling tracks
- Load and unload materials and pipe
- Utilize equipment attachments including grapple, pallet forks, jib, and bucket
- Complete pre-job equipment inspections
- Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report to the Construction Manager
- Travel to sites as needed

Requirements

- Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Experience operating John Deere Excavators and Link-Belt Excavators with Helical/Screw Piling Drive heads
- Experience operating a wheel loader, skid steer, and pipe grapple
- Experience towing trailers
- Experience operating an excavator for earthwork projects considered an asset
- Ability to read and communicate specifications from detailed plans and drawings
- CSO
- Ground Disturbance Level 2
- Must be physically able to lift 50lb
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Organized and self-motivated
