Key Responsibilities: • Prepare substrates and set up EIFS systems • Install weather barriers and flashing components • Conduct touch-ups and final detailing on finishes • Operate scaffolding and other tools safely • Manage material coordination and jobsite organization
Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years in EIFS/Synthetic Stucco • Demonstrated experience in full installations • Valid driver’s license for site access • Comfort working at heights (up to 70 ft.) • Enhanced skills with tool maintenance and safety
