About the Role

The Company is in search of a President for its North American operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a business with 450 employees across manufacturing operations in Canada and the United States. This senior executive will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in all business aspects, including commercial growth, manufacturing performance, supply chain, finance, human resources, and organizational development. The role demands a commercially oriented leader with a robust background in general management, particularly within the manufacturing, packaging, or related industrial sectors, and a proven track record of driving growth and leading multi-site operations.
