Language of work: English.ResponsibilitiesConduct sector analysis to identify corporate social impact focus areas for investment.Perform due diligence on prospective and current charity partners, assessing governance, program quality, financial capacity, outcomes, and alignment with strategic priorities.Design due‑diligence and allocation frameworks to guide partner evaluation, portfolio composition, and funding decisions.Provide advisory support to leadership and committees on portfolio composition, partnership selection, funding levels, and engagement models.Oversee strategic partnerships with nonprofit partners and sector stakeholders to support alignment, collaboration, and mutual objectives.Establish and implement systems to streamline charity committee processes, providing structured briefing materials and recommendations.Develop impact metrics and reporting mechanisms for data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement.Recommend annual strategic direction for staff engagement priorities, including participation metrics and performance indicators.Produce content for executive and board‑level presentations, enhancing stakeholder engagement.Core CompetenciesStrong understanding of the social impact, nonprofit landscape, charitable funding models,
and philanthropy best practices.Strategic and analytical capability with strong research and evaluation skills.Experience designing due‑diligence, allocation, and impact measurement frameworks.Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and generate actionable insights.Stakeholder collaboration skills, building effective relationships with internal teams, committees, and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication, tailoring content for executives, committees, and partners.Project and process management, managing multiple priorities and improving processes.Skills RequirementsStrategic and analytical thinker with capacity for evaluation.Ability to synthesize complex information to support decision‑making and strategy development.Experience conducting due diligence or impact analysis within CSR.Prepared executive or board level briefing materials and strategic recommendations.Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.Experience in management consulting, strategy, advisory, or financial analysis roles (minimum 4 years).Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate Social Impact.Experience in corporate, financial services, skilled services, or consulting environment required.Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, public policy, or a related analytical discipline.How to ApplySend cover letter and resume
