You will help drive cross-border operations with high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.What You’ll DoIn this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you’ll coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for full container load shipments coming into North America. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with customs regulations, vendor management, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration, setting the foundation for long‑term career advancement.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international shipments (primarily FCL) from Asia and Europe into Canada and the USSource and confirm quotes for freight, transloading, and deliveryLiaise with overseas vendors for booking and documentationSubmit and track ISFs and TRQs, working with customs brokersEnter and maintain accurate shipping records in Epicor Prophet 21Track and update shipment status from origin to deliveryPrepare and verify import clearance packages for brokersHandle freight surcharges and invoice approvalsCommunicate proactively to resolve logistics challengesParticipate in freight market trend analysisHandle non‑conformance reports, credits,
