Our client, a global player in industrial product sourcing and distribution, is looking for a Logistics/Operations Coordinator to join their in-office Toronto team. You will help drive cross-border operations with high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.What You’ll DoIn this fast‑paced and rewarding role, you’ll coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for full container load shipments coming into North America. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with customs regulations, vendor management, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration, setting the foundation for long‑term career advancement.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international shipments (primarily FCL) from Asia and Europe into Canada and the USSource and confirm quotes for freight, transloading, and deliveryLiaise with overseas vendors for booking and documentationSubmit and track ISFs and TRQs, working with customs brokersEnter and maintain accurate shipping records in Epicor Prophet 21Track and update shipment status from origin to deliveryPrepare and verify import clearance packages for brokersHandle freight surcharges and invoice approvalsCommunicate proactively to resolve logistics challengesParticipate in freight market trend analysisHandle non‑conformance reports, credits,



and debitsSupport SOP updates and process improvementsServe as backup for admin tasks when neededQualificationsAt least 3 years of North American ocean import logistics experienceExposure to US import regulations and Canadian TRQs is highly valuedIntermediate to advanced Excel skills requiredExperience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a robust assetStrong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills in English, both spoken and writtenPost‑secondary education preferredMust be a Permanent Resident or Canadian CitizenCompetitive salary: $60,000 to $70,000 CADAnnual performance‑based bonus opportunitiesNegotiable vacation (minimum 2 weeks, flexibility based on experience)On‑site parking availableTeam‑oriented onboarding and mentoringHands‑on exposure to U.S. and Canadian customs proceduresIn‑office role in midtown Toronto (Yonge & Eglinton)Why Work with UsYou’ll join a high‑performing, tight‑knit logistics team in a company known for stability, depth of knowledge, and opportunity.
