and challenges.Identify opportunities for developing creative AI solutions that enable our teams to focus on innovative work that keeps fans at the center of what we do.Be an AI evangelist, promoting the use of AI as a force‑multiplier.Your Qualifications4+ years experience rapidly prototyping and deploying robust production solutions incorporating software engineering, infrastructure, architectural, and security best practices.Excellent Python development skills required; C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS strongly preferred.Experience using agentic AI software engineering solutions such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.Extensive experience engineering AI solutions with knowledge of:Prompt and context engineeringAI agents, agentic architectures, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)AI assistants, RAG, embeddings, and vector databasesModel tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, and guardrailsExcellent understanding of architecture, design principles, and cloud services, such as:AWS (Azure, and GCP cloud services are optional)Enterprise architecture and microservices designObservability and telemetryInfrastructure as code and CI/CDData science experience beneficial.Content production (e.G., marketing) strongly beneficial.Experience navigating the legal, ethical,
