If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here!What you’ll be doing:Build and nurture lasting relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring their satisfaction and trust while driving referral growthServe as the trusted primary contact for healthcare partners, handling inquiries and resolving escalations with care and professionalismImplement creative retention strategies that strengthen partner engagement and encourage repeat referralsProactively identify and pursue new referral channels through strategic outreach and relationship-buildingHost impactful facility tours, productive partner meetings and engaging events within your territoryRepresent the organization with pride at industry events, conferences and exhibits, expanding your network and influenceCreate customized account plans, including strategic outreach, compelling proposals and well-crafted RFP responsesStrategically plan travel schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure comprehensive territory coverageMonitor and analyze referral volumes, territory performance and needs assessments to inform strategic decisionsManage budgets, track expenses and align efforts with financial objectivesStay ahead of the curve on healthcare policies,
funding opportunities and trends in mental health and addiction careWork closely with internal teams to align goals and deliver exceptional results for our partners and patientsWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years sales or customer facing experience in healthcare sales such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or mental health; or experience in insurance, disability management, private executive health clinics, healthcare consulting firms or treatment competitorsBachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline is preferred; diplomas in health-related disciplines will also be consideredDemonstrated success managing accounts, handling objections, building long-term relationships, delivering excellent customer service and achieving goalsDeep understanding of healthcare in Canada and the access points to it; may have an establishednetwork of contactsExcel at growing referrals by building meaningful, trust-based relationships and delivering consultative sales solutionsExceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills that enable you to connect with diverse healthcare professionals, even in high-pressure and formal settingsConfident using virtual meeting platforms,
CRM systems and remote collaboration toolsOutstanding time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your scheduleAnalytical and resourceful with a keen ability to gather insights and make informed decisionsEager to deepen your understanding of mental health and addiction recovery terminology and evidence-based practicesRespect for patient confidentiality and upholding privacy regulations with the highest level of integrityCollaborative team player who works seamlessly across departments to align strategies and drive resultsKnowledge of business development and budgeting principles to enable sound financial decisionsHomewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model. Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance.
