Contribute to education at the University of Regina as a Teaching Assistant for CRIM 201-991. Assist with marking, feedback, and student inquiries in a face-to-face learning environment.
This part-time position in the Faculty of Arts offers 1 vacancy for a Teaching Assistant. Ideal candidates will be senior undergraduate students in Justice Studies with solid academic records and strong understanding of the subject matter. Your role entails supporting the instructor with grading and providing feedback while attending some classes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist instructor with assignments marking and feedback • Respond to student inquiries via email and discussion boards • Attend meetings with the instructor regularly • Participate in some course classes as required • Facilitate effective communication between students and faculty
Requirements: • Senior undergraduate in Justice Studies preferred • Demonstrated knowledge in Criminal Justice subject matter • Robust academic performance • Prepare required documentation for employment eligibility • Availability for term duration from September to December 2026
