About the RoleAs an Oracle HCM Lead – Time & Labor and Absence Management, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and driving successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management modulesGathering and translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designsManaging workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across project phases (design, build, test, deploy)Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Payroll, Core HR, Advantages, etc.) to ensure integrated solutionsProviding subject matter expertise and guiding clients on best practices and solution optimizationSupporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensuring high quality deliveryMentoring analysts and senior analysts, contributing to team capability developmentEngaging in business development activities, including proposals and client presentationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related disciplineMinimum 5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM,



including hands‑on experience with Time & Labor and Absence ManagementStrong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or enhancementsProven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in a consulting environmentExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutionsStrong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skillsEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, the US and other countries where English is the common language; due to the significant high volume of interactions, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirementPreferred QualificationsExperience across additional Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits)Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM modulesExperience in Canadian payroll/workforce policies or North American implementationsExposure to Agile delivery methodologiesPrevious experience working in a consulting or professional services environmentStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environmentsAbout the CandidateA results‑driven Oracle HCM professional with strong experience in Time & Labor and Absence Management, functional expertise, client‑facing consulting skills, and delivery leadership.Solving complex HR and workforce management challengesLeading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations across multiple phasesBuilding trusted relationships with clients and stakeholdersMentoring junior team members and contributing to team growthLocation & SalaryRole Location Annual Salary Range: British Columbia/Ontario $82,600 to $132,600#J-18808-Ljbffr
