About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of property transactions in Kimberley . This critical role ensures that all real estate deals progress smoothly from contract to closing, managing deadlines, documentation, and communication between all parties involved. You will be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong understanding of real estate transaction processes in the Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract acceptance to closing. Prepare and distribute transaction-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Communicate effectively with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure smooth progress. Track deadlines and contingencies, ensuring all contractual obligations are met in a timely manner.



Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process. Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in real estate. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with robust attention to detail. Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of real estate contracts and closing procedures in the Northern Cape. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
