- Participate in TD's 18-month AI2 Associate rotational program across Analytics Insights & AI
- Perform data queries and prepare datasets for analysis and modelling
- Clean data and conduct feature engineering
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for business decisions
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Support data-driven solutions by building models using structured and unstructured data
- Prepare datasets for machine learning through integration, cleaning, feature engineering, scaling, and transformation
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions such as forecasting, optimization, and pricing models
- Identify business problems and opportunities suitable for data-driven solutions
- Develop proposals and approaches for analytics initiatives
- Support business case development for analytics solutions
- Work on initiatives that improve decisions, processes, systems, and applications supporting TD's businesses
- Participate in programming, coaching, tools, and support provided through the Associate program
Requirements
- Must have graduated between May 2025 and May 2027
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, and/or Data Analytics or related field
- Strong statistical and analytical skills and interest
- Experience analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs
- Experience in one or more of Big Data, programming, data/text mining, optimization, algorithm development, automation, data visualization, or simulation
- Experience in one or more of predictive analytics, regression, logit modeling, discrete choice, propensity modeling, or natural language processing
- Ability to read and comprehend data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams, and technical documentation
- Technical knowledge or experience with cloud environments; MS Azure is a plus
- Experience with Data Management
- Robust technical knowledge and experience with at least one of Python, Spark/PySpark, SQL, R, Java, C/C++, Alteryx, or Tableau
- Strong leadership qualities, initiative, prioritization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Ability to participate in a team with targeted deliverables
- Experience with Data Management, Analytics, and Project Management is a plus
- Ability to remain current with emerging trends and technologies

- Employees must reside in Canada, the country where the role is located
