Dept: Childcare Services, Social Services, closing on June 17, 2026JOB SUMMARYThe Cook – Bicentennial reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Child Care Supervisor. Under the direction of the Child Care Supervisor, the Cook is responsible for maintaining a high-quality childcare program by offering daily menu planning, preparation and serving of nutritious meals/snacks for approximately 100 children as according to Canada’s Food Guide and Early Years Act. Ensure all kitchen food and cleaning inventories are maintained and documented; and ensuring kitchen work areas and appliances are kept clean and adhere to warranties.
