You’ll collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure high-quality releases in rapid delivery cycles.What You’ll Do:✔ Lead and execute test automation strategies using Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright✔ Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives✔ Coordinate testing efforts, identify defects, and maintain high standards of performance✔ Utilize AI tools (including prompt engineering)



to enhance test coverage and efficiency✔ Work with CI/CD pipelines and JIRA Cloud for test management✔ Support production releases and rapid deployment cyclesWhat You Bring:✅ 3–5 years of QA experience (5–6 years preferred)✅ Solid expertise in Test Automation (Selenium is a must; Cucumber, Playwright, Jenkins are highly desirable)✅ Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering concepts✅ Solid understanding of Agile workflows and ability to collaborate with Product Managers✅ SQL knowledge for queries and data validation✅ Experience with JIRA Cloud and CI/CD pipelinesNice to Have:Financial services or banking industry experienceProduction support backgroundExperience in rapid release environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
