The Pastry Cook at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation is responsible for day-to-day pastry operations for the Saddleroom Grill, following strict food safety standards. You will assist in menu development and work with award-winning chefs on a frequently changing menu. A free meal is provided with every shift.

Please note this position is based on event schedules in a rapid-paced environment, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift lengths vary.
