This role supports the Securities Accommodation Program by partnering with advisors and clients to enhance the overall investment experience, provide informed investment guidance, and ensure alignment with client financial goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.What you will do:Client Advice & Relationship ManagementProvide investment advice aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirementsConduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews and suitability assessmentsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagementFacilitate trading and order placement across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, GICs, and fixed income productsMaintain and service client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport complex transactions (e.G., registered plans, income products, unlocking requests)Program Support & Business DevelopmentContribute to the evolution and effectiveness of the Securities Accommodation ProgramIdentify opportunities to enhance client engagement and grow share of walletSupport targeted client outreach and marketing initiativesWork closely with Advisors, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development teamsPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated wealth solutionsRefer clients to insurance, banking, and other wealth solutions as appropriateRisk & Compliance ManagementEnsure adherence to CIRO regulations, securities laws, and internal policiesMaintain strong governance practices in all client interactions and transactionsEscalate and address risks appropriatelyWhat you will bring:3–5+ years of experience in financial services, investment advisory,
or wealth managementExperience working with both clients and financial advisorsProven ability to deliver strong client outcomes in a client‑facing roleSuccessful completion of CIRO’s new proficiency model for Registered Representatives which came into effect on January 1, 2026 or Completion of CSI’s Canadian Securities and Conducts and Practices Handbook courses if previously licensed prior to January 2026; Completion of 90 Day Training program (to commence immediately after hire) and Completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course (within 24 months of approved date as an RR) is preferred.Completion of relevant certificate, diploma or designation programs such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, an assetPost‑secondary degree or equivalent work experience, an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Quick thinking and innovative.Sound working knowledge of MS Office products, trading platforms and the ability to understand, explain and breakdown key market data, Salesforce.The base salary for this position is between$56,800 - $86,800annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
