- Lead client implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
- Collaborate with finance, RevOps, and C-suite stakeholders to align business needs
- Configure system settings and integrations, ensuring compliance with business requirements
- Identify client use cases and tailor technical solutions accordingly
- Manage data migration, field mapping, and revenue recognition configurations
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Partner with internal teams, including solution architects and product specialists
- Provide support during hypercare to ensure a smooth transitionClient Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Qualifications
- 2+ years of customized billing/revenue/financial platform implementation experience required
- Experience with different billing models, revenue recognition, or deferred revenue required
- Experience with multiple customer-facing implementations (vs internal deployment) required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations required
- Proficiency with MS Excel is required
