The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service and hospitality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality.*Duties** Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.* Manage team members through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.* Oversee POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.* Handle cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.* Monitor customer service levels to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.* Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation and kitchen operations to optimize workflow.* Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed,



and manage vendor relationships.* Enforce restaurant policies, health codes, and safety procedures to create a safe environment for staff and guests.* Lead by example in hospitality, leadership, and professionalism to foster a motivated team environment.*Qualifications** Proven experience in restaurant management or food service roles with supervisory responsibilities.* Solid background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling.* Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.* Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management, supervising staff, interviewing candidates, and training new employees.* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.* Experience with kitchen operations and food industry best practices.* Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required.* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.* Exceptional communication skills combined with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
