We are seeking a full-time Certified Red Seal Mechanic to join our growing team in Kamloops. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a *Shop Foreman leadership role* while working on a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles and specialized equipment.

In addition to diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance, this position will be involved in *custom fabrication and modifications for specialized spray trucks and equipment*. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can organize shop operations, mentor apprentices and technicians, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Qualifications

* Certified Red Seal Mechanic
* Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 1 preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
* Experience with commercial vehicles and heavy equipment
* Welding and fabrication experience considered a strong asset
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

* Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs,



and preventative maintenance
* Oversee daily shop operations and assist with scheduling and workflow
* Support and mentor apprentice
* Complete custom fabrication projects and equipment modifications
* Maintain accurate service records and ensure safety compliance
* Overtime, weekends, on-call rotations required
