Pandora in Victoria, BC is seeking a Sales Lead to immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the store leadership to achieve sales success. The role requires at least 2 years of high-performance selling, strong communication, and the ability to connect with customers. Versatile schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes base plus bonuses; CAD 21.50–26.90 per hour.
