This is a permanent, full‑time position (Monday to Friday, business hours). Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year plus performance bonus.We are looking for individuals who are customer‑centric, reliable, value individual and collective excellence, care about sustainable agriculture and give back to the community, exceed expectations, and possess extensive knowledge of the foodservice/hospitality/retail business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement policies and procedures for various production activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposing of materials, and maintaining a current inventory.Perform inspections of the physical condition of production equipment.Prepare work orders for repairs or requisitions for replacement of equipment.Collaborate with department heads to coordinate operational activities with other functions (production, sales, records control, and purchasing).Follow and maintain all Quality Assurance, HACCP, SQF requirements, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations and ensure all employees in the department follow them.Ensure completion of required training (Leadership, Equipment, Operational), ensure employees’ adherence to company practices and procedures, and apply corrective action when needed.Conduct interviews, hire, train, and retain staff.Conduct performance monitoring (probationary, annual evaluation, performance objectives) of staff and initiate disciplinary action and termination in consultation with Human Resources when appropriate.Mentor, motivate, and develop staff,
