Provide expertise in configuration management issues, data cleanup, deliverable preparation, and collaboration with engineering stakeholders to deliver program outcomes.DescriptionIn this role, you will:Support the configuration management infrastructure for a large Naval program to meet customer obligations.Support configuration management issues related to the management of data in the PDM Vault and other data repositories.Support the clean-up and correction of existing configuration data while supporting the structuring of data for transition to modernized tool sets.Prepare deliverables for updated drawings using Adobe Pro and PDM Vault.Work directly with Engineering and other internal stakeholders to ensure the required interface support is in place to meet program obligations.Work directly in problem report resolutions using Clew – Risk and Assurance Software and completing Impact Assessments (IAs).The ideal candidate brings:Completion of relevant post-secondary courses (education in a technical field considered an asset).1+ years related experience in a technical or configuration management role in a similar workplace/sector.Experience with the application of a formal configuration management standard (e.G. EIA-649C)
