- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding product features and benefits
- Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
- Meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, customer‑focused approach delivering an exceptional experience
- Strong communication and relational skills

- Base pay $17.60 – $24.10 plus commission on sales; final rate based on experience and qualifications
