Role: Senior Program Manager – Change & Transformation

Location: Remote, support EST business hours and must be willing to collaborate with global teams

Rate: $90-$95/hr (CAD)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Change & Transformation to lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. This role will drive program governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, executive reporting, and change adoption across global teams.

Top 3 Must-Haves

- 10+ years of program/change management experience leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Robust change management expertise, including impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments; Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent methodology.
- Proven executive stakeholder management and influence, including executive reporting, decision support, and influencing without authority.

Key Responsibilities:





- Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and outcomes.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams and resolve blockers/escalations.
- Establish operating rhythms, governance forums, and executive reporting.
- Lead stakeholder alignment and facilitate executive-level decisions.
- Develop and integrate change, communication, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement strategies.
- Improve program management processes and operating mechanisms.
- Ideal Background: Experience in technology, consulting, professional services, customer success, business transformation, or enterprise operations. PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certification is a plus.
