Elevate student recruitment at Northern College as a full time Student Recruitment Coordinator. This position entails community engagement and organizing college events to attract prospective students.
You will act as a primary liaison between the College and potential students, community partners, and secondary schools. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment events, conducting presentations, and producing promotional materials effectively. This role requires a blend of experience in marketing and public outreach, as you coordinate various college activities designed to engage prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high school presentations and community engagement
• Plan and execute on-campus recruitment activities




• Develop and refine promotional materials for outreach
• Enter prospective student leads into CRM systems
• Monitor and prepare individual travel budgets for recruitment
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree in relevant field
• At least five years of experience in marketing or public relations
• Valid Class G Driver’s License is a must
• Proven skills in project and event management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
