About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives on a fully remote basis. This critical role involves developing sophisticated financial models, driving the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing key financial insights to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive FP&A; experience, comfortable managing complex data sets and communicating findings effectively in a virtual environment. This position offers the chance to influence financial strategy and drive business performance without geographical constraints. Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and investment evaluation. Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.



Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation. Continuously improve FP&A; processes, tools, and reporting methodologies. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation preferred. A minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis. Proficiency with FP&A; software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills suitable for a remote role. Benefits
