Reporting to: Branch Manager.Shipping & ReceivingShip and receive parts and materials dailyVerify shipment contents against manifests, invoices, and ordersCoordinate carriers based on customer requirements, including obtaining quotesPack and prepare goods for shipments using hand and power tools, weigh items and track shipping costsResolve discrepancies (delays, damage, weight, quality, etc.)Move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and cartsOrder and maintain shipping suppliesEnsure daily pickups and notify customers and carriers by phone or emailAccurately receive and tag incoming products and scan documentationDeliver or pick up goods as requiredComputer SystemsPerform all shipping and receiving functions within company systemsPrepare documentation (work orders, bills of lading,
