The role includes advising on diet, food, and nutrition across all health sectors, and providing leadership in team efforts to support patient nutritional health. Key responsibilities involve prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition and medical nutrition therapy using the Nutrition Care Process, participation in the Dietetic Practicum and Internship program, and preceptoring and mentoring Dietetic students.About YouBachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at a recognized universityCurrent registration (or eligibility) with the Nova Scotia Regulator of Dietetics (NSRD) requiredMinimum one (1) year working experience as a dietitian preferredInpatient clinical nutrition experience an assetCompetency in dysphagia management,
