Reporting directly to the President, this role oversees all operational activities, ensures adherence to quality, safety, and accreditation standards, and drives continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with solid operational acumen, capable of optimizing performance, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee all laboratory operations, including purchasing and facility managementPlan, organize, and monitor activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and accreditation requirementsDevelop and execute operational plans aligned with corporate strategyEstablish measurable objectives to drive performance and flexibilityMonitor performance indicators and implement improvement initiativesDevelop, manage,
