The Clinical Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and efficient coordination of services.ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflowMaintain a clean, safe, and qualified environment for patients and staffProvide friendly, timely assistance to customers via phone, email, and in personSchedule services and appointments for clientsWelcome and assist clients upon arrival to the clinic at the front deskMaintain thorough records of client interactions, including verbal discussions and email communicationsProcess, upload, and manage medical documentation within the claims management systemEnsure all patient records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to dateReview and process prior‑authorization requests based on established guidelinesProvide timely updates and relevant file‑management information to all partiesQualificationsExperience in a healthcare, clinic, or customer service environmentStrong customer service and communication skills, engaging professionally and empathetically with clients in person, over the phone,
