Our toddler classrooms are spacious, calm, and beautifully prepared to support the unique developmental needs of children under three.We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our Montessori toddler program. This is a full time position for an educator who values respectful caregiving, strong relationships, and high-quality early learning environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide warm, responsive, and respectful care for toddlersSupport children’s development through Montessori-aligned infant-toddler practicesCreate and maintain a safe, nurturing, and beautifully prepared environmentObserve, document, and support each child’s individual developmentSupport daily care routines (feeding, diapering, sleeping) with dignity and consistencyBuild positive, professional relationships with familiesCollaborate closely with the classroom team and leadershipEnsure compliance with Community Care Licensing (CCL)
