Your Role in Supporting Our MembersAs a Senior Manager in the Commercial Banking Products team, you will develop innovative solutions—products, services, or technologies—for commercial and small business customers that meet evolving member and employee needs. You will establish prioritized roadmaps, lead a team of product managers, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that align with business objectives. This permanent, full‑time role reports to the Director, Product – Commercial Banking and is based in Vancouver, with hybrid work arrangements and occasional on‑site requirements in BC and Ontario.How You'll Make an ImpactLead, coach, and develop a team of product managers by modelling a growth mindset and supporting ongoing professional development.Define and drive product strategy and prioritized roadmaps informed by stakeholder input, member and employee needs, and data‑driven insights, while balancing performance and risk.Lead commercial lending and deposit pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.Own and manage the commercial product portfolio, including overall performance and P&L; accountability.Partner with peers and senior leaders to identify and execute opportunities to grow and improve the portfolio across member impact, risk, technology, innovation, volume, and revenue.Establish, embed, and continuously evolve strong product management practices across the team.Dive into execution details when needed to unblock progress and ensure high‑quality outcomes.You have:6+ years of product management experience in the financial services industry,
with a post‑secondary degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience delivering and managing banking products within complex, enterprise, and multi‑vendor technology environments.Deep knowledge of product risk management, including regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle.Solid grounding in banking product management practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.Strong understanding of agile product management principles and their application in regulated environments.Experience with commercial product pricing analytics, including margin, risk, and competitiveness trade‑offs (asset).Understanding of commercial banking products, market dynamics, and the broader business banking landscape (asset).Ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction, priorities, and action.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.Experience incorporating user experience and journey design best practices into banking products (asset).Bonus points, if you have:Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis.Masters’ Degree in a related discipline.You are:A strong problem solver who is always curious to explore and analyze feedback, data,

Collaboration and communication are at the core of how you operate.Capable of working closely with technical internal teams, including enterprise architects and systems analysts, to create robust requirements for development.Equipped with planning, project management, and decision‑making skills needed to manage a complex portfolio with a broad stakeholder group.A critical thinker who can lead through influence to build strong teams, drive successful product development, and deliver value to members.What You’ll EarnThis role offers a salary range of $116,500 - $140,000. Base pay may vary based on qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
